Since starting out as a Personal Trainer in 2014, I have continued to learn, refine and improve my approach to ensure my clients are receiving the very best personalised service from me. Online Coaching

I offer a fully Online Coaching service to help support you anywhere in the world. With personalised programming, clear demonstration videos via an easy-to-use platform and my support along the way, you will have all the tools you need to build confidence, stay accountable and remain on track throughout your training journey. Online Coaching packages include scheduled video calls at set points during your program to answer any questions, discuss particular details and to ensure consistency continues to flow throughout working together.

Virtual Coaching

If you’d like to work with me face-to-face but distance is an issue, I can provide a live Virtual 1:1 service at a location that suits you best; a method that demonstrated to be extremely useful to stay connected during the pandemic and has subsequently proven itself as a perfectly viable option since. No equipment necessary (unless specific to your goals), just enough space to place down a mat and move.
